State Title Partners needs your lender's closing documents at least 24 hours prior to closing. Please be sure to meet all of your lender's conditions. This will allow your lender to get closing documents to State Title Partners.
For the best service, schedule your closing for off-peak times. The 1st, 2nd, or 3rd week in the month is optimal.
